1. About us

gpmplumb.shop is operated by GPM PLUMBING LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 05689027). We sell plain, self-branded table linen and tabletop goods as consumer retail products. We do not provide installation, repair, fitting or any contracting service.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and care. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Products are everyday household goods and are not certified safety, medical or protective equipment.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our card processor or PayPal. Your order is a confirmed contract once payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

4. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All site content and branding belongs to us or our licensors.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
